The NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) Foundation conducts one funding cycle per year, starting October 1 and ending September 30. Priority consideration is given to proposals that demonstrate a clear connection to advancing engineering and surveying licensure to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Examples include programs that promote the value of engineering and surveying licensure within the profession or to the general public; build the pipeline of future engineers and surveyors at the k-12 level; and keep current engineering and surveying students enrolled and/or successful in their respective programs.
The first step in applying for funding is to submit a letter of inquiry. Click here for the LOI document to be completed and returned. The deadline for letters of inquiry is March 1, 2025.
